 Cancellation Policy

Please give as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.  This allows us to offer the time to clients who are currently waiting for availability.

​Gift Vouchers & Courses

  • All course items and promotional offers must be used within 6 months of purchase.

  • Gift vouchers expire 6 months from the date of issue. Please check your expiry date at the time of booking.​

Cancellations & No‑Shows

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • We understand that unexpected situations happen; however, clients who miss an appointment without sufficient notice will be charged for the missed session.

  • For clients using a course package, the session will be automatically deducted in the event of a no‑show.
